Where You Fit In:
Entry-Level ($18–$22/hr):
No experience? No problem. You’ll ride with experienced techs, learn how the systems work, and earn your place one dirty rooftop and one tight crawlspace at a time.
Level 1 ($22–$26/hr):
1–2 years in the field. You know your way around tools and trucks. You’re starting to diagnose simple issues and ready for tougher service calls. (EPA 608 Universal a plus.)
Level 2 ($27–$32/hr):
2–4 years in. You can diagnose most problems cleanly, handle tough conditions without blinking, and start running solo calls. (EPA 608 Universal a strong plus.)
Level 3 ($33–$38/hr):
4–6 years of hard-earned field experience. You own complex service calls, diagnose airflow and electrical issues under pressure, and start leading junior techs. (EPA 608 Universal required. IMC knowledge expected.)
Level 4 ($39–$45/hr):
7+ years of field leadership. You lead full projects, spot code violations, solve nasty problems, mentor crews — and carry the CKV standard on your back, every day. (EPA 608 Universal required. IMC expertise expected.)
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair kitchen hoods, ductwork, rooftop fans, and curb systems
Troubleshoot airflow, mechanical, electrical, and capture problems
Climb multi-story rooftops, squeeze into crawlspaces, work from lifts and boom trucks
Communicate clearly with customers and office support — no confusion, no drama
Maintain your tools, your paperwork, your truck, and your standards
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Mechanical aptitude, grit, and problem-solving instincts
Willingness to work dirty, work hard, and work smart — every single day
Relevant experience based on level — but attitude is mandatory
Pay & Benefits:
$18–$45/hour depending on level, skill, and contribution
Health Insurance + Retirement Plan
Paid Holidays + PTO
Real training, fast-track advancement — earn it, don’t wait for it
Small, high-trust team where effort gets noticed
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Expect rooftops (including steep pitches), tight attics, wet basements, and lifts. Expect 50+ lbs lifting, heavy tool use, and extreme weather. Expect to be sore, dirty, tired — and proud of the work you did.
No Shortcuts, No Spectators
