Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant engineering experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, product development, systems engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in applicable engineering and professional competencies.
• Experience applying engineering principles to design, analysis, testing, and problem solving in a structured development environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments including design support, calculations, analysis, testing, and documentation in line with established methods, standards, and processes.
• Contribute to product and system development by gathering data, evaluating results, and supporting recommendations that improve performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Prepare technical documentation, plans, specifications, and related engineering deliverables with quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and issue resolution.
• Support implementation of new technologies and modular system approaches through disciplined analysis and continuous improvement ideas.
• Learn from senior engineers while independently managing defined work activities and delivering commitments.
