Way Companies in Austin is seeking Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join Way Service, Ltd. in the Central Texas area. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation, and estimation for commercial HVAC equipment, with access to company vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or construction or graduate of HVAC Trade School Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and estimate commercial HVAC equipment. Knowledge of large rooftop units, mechanical systems & VFDs.
• Attends training, supports other team members, and mentors or supervises junior technicians as experience allows.
• Records progress with the latest digital tools and software.
• Redeems customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner.

We are currently seeking Commercial HVAC Service Technicians, all experience levels, to join our growing division in the Central Texas (Austin) area. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, consultation, design, & estimation for a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment. Along with Large Rooftop units, Mechanical Systems & VFD knowledge.
• Attends training, supports other team members, and depending upon experience, mentors &/or supervises more junior technicians.
• Records progress with the latest digital tools and software
• Redeems customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner.
• Overtime pay for rotating “On-Call” duty (even if no call comes in)
