Job summary

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Dothan, AL to service a wide range of commercial equipment, including split systems, rooftops, mini-splits, and VRF systems. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while prioritizing safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications include 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, EPA certification, and HVAC program certification or associate degree preferred.

• Ability to explain complex HVAC issues to customers clearly.
• Must hold valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including split systems, rooftops, mini-splits, and VRF systems.
• Provide fact-based recommendations to owners or managers.
• Identify and fix small problems before they escalate.
• Work under minimal supervision within a supportive team.
• Adhere to safety regulations and EPA/OSHA requirements.
• Complete jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately and on time.
