Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking a senior technical expert to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems on-site in the Valley View area. The role emphasizes mentoring peers, leading field activities, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across service jobs.

You will manage tool calibration, assemble service kits with correct PPE, perform storage compliance checks, and upload service evidence into CMMS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to mentor technicians and lead field activities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Mentor technicians and assist with field leadership activities such as work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight.
• Manage tool calibration and ensure readiness; prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE.
• Run compliance checks on storage and labeling.
• Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS.
• Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables.
• Train S1–S3 staff on staging and documentation standards.
• Audit inventory and logs; maintain organized toolrooms.
• Prepare surge kits for emergency response.
• Support technicians during complex repairs.
