Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks an HVAC technician to support commercial customers with installation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems. This role emphasizes on-site preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and safe operation in a team setting.

Required are 2–6 years of field HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver's license. Travel and on-call work may be needed; overtime is available with weekly payroll benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and refer complex problems to senior technicians.
• Use experience to determine service requirements and advise preventive actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
