Job summary
Trueline seeks experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join a growing service team based in Massachusetts, serving MA, southern NH, and northern RI. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems on a daytime schedule with a supportive ESOP culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
- EPA certification required.
- OSHA 10 certification and MA Class D driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
- Perform installations and start-ups of commercial HVAC equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance and inspections to company standards.
- Work on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and controls.
- Handle service calls across MA, southern NH, and northern RI.
- Join on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls.
