Responsibilities

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of facilities.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct site surveys and move-out inspections.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Submit service tickets, reports, and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (approximately once per month).
• Handle a balanced mix of service work, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
