• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job status and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• 4–5 years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required; EPA Certification a plus
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and working in various physical positions (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing)
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
