Job summary

SSH Real Estate is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose issues, install and upgrade equipment, and ensure thorough work order documentation.

The role requires at least 3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred), EPA 608 certification, and a strong customer service mindset. A clean driving and criminal record plus ability to pass a drug screen are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of HVAC; commercial service experience preferred.
• Possess a set of basic hand tools and an EPA 608 Certification.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive work ethic.
• Clean driving record, criminal record, and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend repairs.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.

• Conduct preventative maintenance (filters, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch

Requirements and Qualifications
