Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC technician with a valid Journeyman license to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at customer sites.

The role requires EPA 608 certification and strong diagnostic abilities, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate blueprint literacy, capable of following complex instructions, and will maintain a clean driving record for on-site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC.
• Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License.
• Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
• Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.
• Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Valid Driver's license and able to maintain a good driving record.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $48.41 - $56.95 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
