CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a service technician to commission and service commercial kitchen ventilation systems. The role involves repair, troubleshooting, and scheduling, with duties including daily reporting and invoicing.

Candidates should have HVAC knowledge, be able to read electrical schematics, and perform physically demanding work outdoors, including lifting up to 50 pounds and using ladders in rooftop environments.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems beneficial.
• Ability to read commercial wiring diagrams/schematics.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in outside conditions and confined spaces.
• Comfort with climbing ladders for roof access.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain service schedule.

Job Duties

• Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
• Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment
• Develop and maintain service schedule
• Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily

Job Requirements

• HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)
• Use of ladders for roof access

Salary

Base salary (above average), plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.
