Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Commercial Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems on-site. You will work with clients to deliver timely service solutions, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life while ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with refrigeration systems, and the ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Experience in commercial HVAC system repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and electrical components related to HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized tools and equipment, and implement effective repair solutions.
• Install, test, and commission new HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to assess system performance, provide technical advice, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records, document repairs, and communicate effectively with team members and management regarding service status and parts inventory.

TheHVAC Commercial Service Technicianplays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The technician will work closely with clients to provide timely service solutions that minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC system repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and electrical components related to HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in HVAC technology or a related field.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC technologies and green building standards.
• Strong customer service skills and experience working in a client-facing role.
