Comfort Technologies is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team serving customers throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for seasoned technicians with strong troubleshooting and repair experience on commercial HVAC systems, RTUs, chillers, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, mini-splits, VAVs, and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Complete service documentation and reports.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and facility personnel.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, mini-splits, VAVs, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Equipment You’ll Work On

• 5-25 Ton Package Units
• Air-Cooled Chillers up to 450 Tons
• Liebert Data Center Units
• Ductless Mini-Splits
• VAV Systems
• Fan Powered Boxes (FPBs)
• Standard Split Systems

Service Area

Technicians service commercial customers throughout the DFW Metroplex, including:

• Weatherford
• Fort Worth
• Dallas
• Frisco / McKinney
• Waxahachie / Cleburne
• Rockwall

On-Call Rotation

Our technicians participate in a structured on-call schedule:

• 1 week as backup on-call
• Following week as primary on-call
• Approximately 6-8 weeks between rotations

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Preferred

• Experience with commercial chillers
• RTU expertise
• NATE Certification
• Experience working independently in the field

Schedule

• Typical service hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime available
• Some after-hours and emergency service work required
