Carolina Cool, a NearU Company, seeks experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians for our Surfside Beach, SC team. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, delivering high-level service while contributing to a safety-focused, team-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Holds the Universal EPA Certification.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install HVAC parts and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical systems up to 50 tons.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Educate customers on HVAC options and recommendations.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain safety standards.
