Job summary

ConServ Building Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Summerville, SC. Compensation ranges from $28-$45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

The role includes comprehensive benefits and company-provided tools, with on-call rotation and career growth opportunities. You will service and repair RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines; diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
