Job summary

Sun Glow Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to grow our Portland commercial service division. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and a take-home company vehicle, with strong earning potential.

You will develop relationships with property managers and owners, sell maintenance agreements, identify new opportunities, and manage bids from prospecting to contract execution in a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with property managers, business owners, and facility managers.
• Sell commercial HVAC maintenance agreements and service solutions.
• Identify and qualify new project and service opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements; manage opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
• Participate in competitive bid and design-build projects.
• Negotiate profitable agreements and close new business.
