Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

We're hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose problems, complete repairs, and work independently in the field. Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Service Technician, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your calls and deliver quality solutions from diagnosis through completion. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
• Explaining findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Delivering professional and respectful customer service
• Recording service information accurately in company software
• Recognizing potential needs for maintenance plans, IAQ products, and equipment replacement
• Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Solid understanding of electrical systems
• Ability to determine and explain repair-versus-replacement options
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and schematics
• Able to manage your workload independently and stay organized
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Additional Experience We Value

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Commercial HVAC troubleshooting
• Air balancing
• Scissor lift operation
• Trade school training or industry certifications
• Working across multiple HVAC system types
• Mentoring or assisting less-experienced technicians

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some overtime
