Job summary

RSC Mechanical is seeking Refrigeration Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across various environments. You will troubleshoot systems, handle refrigerants per EPA regulations, and work with EMS systems while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and working knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment including walk-ins and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems with precision.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Ensure safety by securing work areas and following EPA refrigerant handling regulations.
• Log service reports using mobile/digital platforms.
• Provide on-call service as needed and communicate with customers and dispatch.
