Job summary
Smart Care is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician in Louisville, KY to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial customers. You will travel to client sites, assess needs, and deliver customized HVAC solutions with a focus on safety and reliability.
The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- EPA certification to handle refrigerants is required.
- HVAC program certification or an associate degree is preferred.
- Valid state driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Travel to commercial sites to assess HVAC needs and provide solutions.
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- Inspect HVAC systems for safety and efficiency; troubleshoot and repair as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend system longevity and efficiency.
- Conduct performance tests to ensure systems operate at optimum levels.
- Keep accurate records of customer appointments, payments, and invoices; manage inventory.
