K&D Factory Service is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to support multiple locations across Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. You will handle dispatched service calls, diagnose issues, and repair commercial equipment, while delivering strong customer service and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Background check and drug screen completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support to customers and internal teammates.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
