Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our Pennsylvania-based team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across multiple PA locations, with emphasis on delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Requirements include 2+ years of HVAC/R experience, EPA Level 2, and a customer-focused mindset. On-call work with overtime is expected; safety, background check, and drug screen

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or related industry.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Driving record must meet safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
• Must be 18+ years old; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.

Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time

Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
