Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to service customers across Pennsylvania. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC/R equipment, while reporting activities via tablet and supporting internal teams.

Requirements include 2+ years of HVAC/R experience and EPA Level 2 certification; CFESA or manufacturer training is a plus. A clean driving record, background check, and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or related industry.
• EPA Level 2 certification minimum.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Report service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support to internal teams.
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
