We are seeking dependable HVAC/R Service Technicians to service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, travel locally, and participate in an on-call rotation after training. EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience and working knowledge of HVAC/R.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Technicians are expected to provide their own standard hand tools.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital work order systems.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and self-contained refrigeration systems.
• Work on split systems, package units, heat pumps, condensing units, and controls.
• Repair self-contained cases, coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Handle refrigerants safely in compliance with EPA regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Complete digital work orders and required documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation after training.
• Travel locally as needed.
