RSC Mechanical is seeking experienced Refrigeration Service Technicians to join a growing, family-owned company with nationwide reach. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including walk-ins and rack systems.

You will respond to emergencies and perform precise troubleshooting to ensure reliable client service. Ideal candidates hold EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver's license, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; extensive driving is a key part of the role.
• Experience with HVAC and commercial refrigeration preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Strong communication with clients, team, and management.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, ice machines).
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems with confidence.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Handle refrigerants safely per EPA regulations.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
