Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking motivated HVAC-R Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC-R systems.

Successful candidates are eligible for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay range of $25-$42+ per hour, based on experience. Essential duties include system startup, regular maintenance, safety compliance, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Technical school degree desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience but not required.
• 3+ years experience preferred.
• EPA certification or willingness to take the EPA exam within a month of starting date.
• NATE certification or similar; DDC/Pneumatic control experience, boilers license, refrigeration background desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• HVAC-R system troubleshooting and repair of units.
• Start-up of installed commercial HVAC-R systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC units.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and maintain a safe work environment.
• On Call duties as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Starting pay ranges from $25-$42+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• HVAC-R system troubleshooting and repair of units.
