Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors for timely, quality execution
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting for multiple projects
• Ensure safety compliance and industry standards
• Track project progress via reports, change orders, and documentation
• Resolve issues proactively with a solution-focused approach
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HVAC projects in commercial settings
• PMP Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and construction practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
