Job summary

KCC Heating and Cooling is seeking an outside sales professional to cover the Louisville/Lexington markets from our Lexington, KY area. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining relationships, and delivering HVAC solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Base salary starts at $50,000 with an accompanying sales commission package, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K, paid holidays, vacation, ESOP, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Proven success in selling services or intangible offerings.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to work with customers at all levels.
• Leadership qualities to manage the entire sales cycle.
• Commercial/Industrial HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generating new leads by making cold calls, contacting active accounts, and staying aware of new business openings in the area.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Generate proposals and deliver executive level presentations.
• Hit sales goals by acquiring new customers and growing current customers.
• Make customer site visits to perform equipment surveys.
• Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
