Qualifications

• 6+ months HVAC installation experience or completion of HVAC trade school certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• EPA Certification (preferred).

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00/hour depending on experience

Position Summary

As a Residential New Construction Installer, you'll help install HVAC systems in newly built homes while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.

You'll work closely with team members, builders, and other trades to help deliver properly installed HVAC systems that meet company standards and customer expectations.
