This is an immediate hiring need for a hands‑on service professional with proven commercial HVAC experience, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle service calls with minimal supervision. This position is intended for an experienced commercial HVAC technician—not a residential‑only technician or an entry‑level candidate seeking their first opportunity in the trade. The ideal candidate has a solid service background, can confidently troubleshoot complex equipment, and is ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Perform equipment startups, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using wiring diagrams, schematics, meters, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Diagnose and replace compressors, fan motors, and other major HVAC components.
  • Service rooftop package units, split systems, built-up systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC control systems, including Carrier DDC controls.
  • Identify equipment failures, recommend appropriate repairs, and communicate findings clearly to customers.
  • Accurately document service work, equipment conditions, and recommended follow‑up repairs.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, supervisors, and office personnel.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Equipment & Systems
  • Experience servicing a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment is preferred, including:
  • Rooftop package units and commercial split systems
  • Built-up and custom HVAC systems
  • Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems
  • Chilled-water and hot-water air handling units
  • Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
  • Carrier DDC controls and HVAC control systems
  • Chillers, cooling towers, and water pumps
  • Exhaust fans and commercial ventilation systems
  • Data room cooling equipment
  • Boilers, steam systems, and humidifiers
  • Ductwork, copper piping, and steel piping
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair.
  • Journeyman-level troubleshooting and service capabilities.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and equipment schematics.
  • Hands‑on experience diagnosing equipment failures and replacing compressors, motors, and other HVAC components.
  • Ability to service commercial HVAC equipment independently and manage service calls with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with other technicians when needed.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
  • Ability to reliably commute to Corona, CA, or relocate before starting work.

  • Dental insurance
  • Paid time off
Who We're Looking For

We need a true commercial HVAC service technician who is ready to work now. The right candidate has real-world experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial equipment, understands electrical and mechanical systems, and can step into the field with confidence. Candidates whose experience is limited to residential HVAC, as well as students or entry‑level applicants looking for their first HVAC job, are not the fit for this position. If you have strong commercial service experience and are ready for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.
