Job summary

BUDD MECHANICAL SYSTEMS is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager in Indiana to join our 105-year family-owned team. You will estimate projects from plans and bid documents, perform takeoffs, obtain pricing, and manage projects from award to closeout.

You will coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel, read mechanical drawings, and help maintain schedules and profitability while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems & construction practices.
• Ability to read mechanical plans & specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills.
• Experience with estimating & construction management software preferred.
• HVAC field experience is a plus.
