• Strong analytical skills and organized documentation.
• Experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantity takeoffs and cost builds for commercial HVAC and mechanical scopes.
• Review plans/specs for ductwork, piping, equipment, controls, insulation, and balancing.
• Prepare complete bid packages for new construction and remodels ($100K–$4M+).
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities while protecting margin.
• Refine pricing assumptions and model historical data with leadership.

Commercial HVAC Estimator

Location:Fort Myers, FLPay:$80,000 – $120,000

We are seeking a results-orientedCommercial HVAC Estimatorwith progressive estimating experience in mechanical construction. Join a Fort Myers market contractor delivering HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, controls, sheet metal, and full lifecycle mechanical services for commercial, healthcare, industrial, hospitality and institutional clients.

What You Will Do

• Lead quantity takeoffs, detailed cost builds, and line-item assemblies for commercial HVAC and mechanical scopes
• Review plans/specs for ductwork, piping, equipment, controls, insulating, and balancing scopes
• Prepare complete bid packages for new construction and remodel contracts ($100K–$4M+)
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Identify value-engineering opportunities while protecting margin
• Work with leadership to refine pricing assumptions and model historical data
