Overview

We are looking for motivated, high-caliber individuals with estimating experience who are eager to take initiative and grow within the company.

In this role, you will work with commercial mechanical systems, supporting the selection and estimating of equipment in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry for construction projects. We represent leading manufacturers in the HVAC industry, including companies such as Daikin and BAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze construction plans and specifications for commercial mechanical systems
• Develop equipment selections and optimized project solutions
• Prepare pricing and detailed proposals
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for equipment selection and pricing
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Maintain organized project and bid documentation
• Provide technical support for customer inquiries and ongoing projects
• Manage project quotes and build relationships with contractors and engineers

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC estimating or related estimating experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong analytical, math, and computer skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize workload
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic

Compensation and Benefits
