Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Commercial HVAC Controls Technician in Minster, OH. The role focuses on installation, programming, and commissioning of BAS and DDC networks for commercial/industrial facilities within a ~40-mile radius of West Central Ohio.

You will diagnose and service DDC/BAS, read schematics, wire diagrams and SOO, and document work in CertainPath. Requires 3+ years in the field, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC controls.
• EPA Universal Certification required; OSHA certification a plus.
• Deep understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, control loops, sensors, and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, commission, program, and service DDC and BAS across commercial/industrial facilities.
• Inspect, test, and calibrate control devices and sensors.
• Read schematics, SOO, and blueprints; perform system integration and network troubleshooting.
