A leading facilities services company in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a BAS Controls Technician to manage service and new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Building Automation or commercial HVAC controls and knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, programming, and commissioning building automation systems, as well as collaborating with a broader team. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls space.
• Experience with one or more BAS platforms such as JCI, Delta, or Schneider Electric.
• BAS/BMS programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage service and new construction projects.
• Troubleshoot, program, and commission building automation systems.
• Interpret technical drawings and offer customer-focused support during field visits.

Skills

Experience in Building Automation (BAS/BMS)

Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems

AS in a related field
