Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in HVAC industry with commercial system design experience.
• Experience with engineering firms and bid-spec processes.
• Expertise in light commercial rooftops, WSHP, and VRF systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-level technical presentations for engineering firms.
• Create and maintain library of tools and guides.
• Translate features into design-focused benefits.
• Deliver training on light commercial RTUs, VRF, and WSHP.
• Serve as technical authority for Bosch commercial HVAC designs.
• Support specification community with system design and energy modeling.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Quality on training and updates.
• Engage with manufacturers' reps and distribution partners.
• Develop content for industry events and organizations.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and training strategy.
