Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Coordinate with Service Managers and Technicians for scheduling and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and partnerships.
• Pursue new commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing customers.
• Support onboarding and transition to the service team.
• Prepare account scorecards and reports.
• Review billing and resolve discrepancies.
