Job summary

MAKO OILFIELD SERVICES LLC in Carrollton, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues on ovens, fryers, ranges, and other hot-side cooking equipment, using electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience repairing commercial food-service equipment, preferably hot-side equipment.
• Experience with ovens, fryers, ranges, and other cooking equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional customer-service etiquette and a presentable appearance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with microwaves and small kitchen equipment such as slicers, blenders, and mixers is a plus.
