Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician

S&K Building Services is expanding across the nation and seeking a Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician. As a High-Rise Technician, you will play a vital role supporting our clients by performing high-rise window cleaning using rope descent or suspended scaffold and stage systems. We offer opportunities for advancement through training and internal promotion.

This position supports both Central Wisconsin Window Cleaning and Madison Window Cleaning, both acquired by S&K.

What You'll Do

• Clean windows and glass surfaces effectively using non-abrasive tools.
• Safely rappel high-rise buildings via rope descent or operate stage and scaffold equipment.
• Communicate with site contacts before, during, and after work, and obtain customer approval on work orders.
• Complete tasks efficiently according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Transport, set up, and breakdown high-rise cleaning equipment.
• Ensure thorough cleanup after each job.
• Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Attend safety meetings regularly.

Who You Are

• At least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of experience rappelling high-rise buildings safely.
• 1+ year of stage setup experience or willingness to train.
• 1+ year operating aerial lifts or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to work and job sites.
• Willingness to travel between Madison, Milwaukee, and surrounding areas.
• Clean appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to scale and use ladders from 5ft to 40ft (training provided).
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in variable weather.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High ethical standards and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Certification in Rope Descent Systems (RDS) or SPRAT.
• Authorized or certified in suspended scaffold (SAIA or similar).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
