S&K Building Services is expanding our team across the nation and looking for a Ground Level Window Cleaning Technician! As a Ground Level Technician, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base from the ground level. We love to train and promote from within for those looking for advancement opportunities.

This position supports Madison Window Cleaning, an S&K acquired company.

Location: 205 Commerce Parkway, Cottage Grove, WI

What You'll Do

1. Effectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools.
2. Communicate with site contact before, during, and after work, and obtain customer endorsement on work order.
3. Transport and set up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, then break down equipment.
4. Clean up after each job to leave no residue or dirt behind.
5. Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
6. Attend weekly safety meetings.

Who You Are

• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and job sites.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Capable of scaling and using ladders from 5 ft to 40 ft (safety training provided).
• Work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time-management skills.
