Job summary

Maximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed contractor providing handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services to commercial facilities across the mid-Atlantic. The role involves full-time on-the-road work as a craftsman using a company-provided vehicle, with safety and professionalism a must.

What you can expect

Bi-weekly pay| 90 Day Evaluation Period (potential pay increase based on performance) |Monday through Friday | Vehicle maintenance (Managed by others) | Office Support | Performance reviews | Casual atmosphere | Significant amount of driving every day

Ideal skills include knowledge of repair for (but not limited to):

• Asphalt and concrete repair/patching and brick/cinder block work.
• Ballasts and light electrical work
• Laminate fabrication/repair for cabinetry and counters.
• Caulk, spackle, painting, grouting, and other finishing work.
• Ceramic, VCT, ceiling, and other tile work
• Commercial doors and hardware, including closers, panic bars, etc.
• Framing, drywall, FRP
• Fences, installing new drop ceiling grid, cove base molding.
• Flushometers and other light plumbing
• Moving/hauling, pest control, demolition, glasswork
• Welding (a plus)

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Safe driver with a clean record that can operate a large service van.
• Clean criminal record
• No substance abuse.
• Ability to work independently/ unsupervised.
• Professional appearance
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Proven troubleshooting/technical skills
• Experienced in multiple areas of repair.
• Tech-savvy (job “paperwork” is managed on a smartphone)
• Experience (3 years minimum)
• Fluent English speaking
• United States work authorization.
• Safety minded. (Safety toe shoes are mandatory, and PPE as required per task)
• Cleanliness and organization of company tools, equipment, and vehicle
