The role focuses on developing new client relationships and expanding opportunities with owners, engineering consultants, and subcontractors.

You will lead proposals, forge strategic partnerships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to win projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in BD or sales.
• Experience in construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities; build a strong BD pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and subs.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, and competitive bidding processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client teams to win projects.
• Monitor markets and trends; adjust BD strategies accordingly.
• Travel locally and regionally to support business development efforts.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Develop long-term plans and sponsorship opportunities.
