The successful candidate will oversee the project team from estimating through completion, focusing on safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control. Responsibilities include building relationships with owners and design professionals, ensuring timely procurement, managing cost accounting, and coordinating subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience completing multimillion-dollar Public Sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client/owner, architect, and engineer to secure repeat business.
• Maintain a positive image with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
• Set up and maintain project cost accounting and schedules.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and budgets.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.
• Visit jobsites regularly to review progress and safety.
