1-Tom-Plumber Kennewick is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand our commercial plumbing services across the Tri-Cities. This role focuses on creating new commercial accounts and building long-term relationships, not residential sales.

You will drive opportunities, network aggressively, and collaborate with operations to deliver a superior client experience. Significant earning potential exists through commissions and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be self-driven and able to work without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to actively prospect, network, follow up, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial accounts.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Developing strategic referral partnerships throughout the community.
• Cold calling and reaching out to prospective customers.
• Walking into businesses and introducing the company.
• Scheduling and attending face-to-face meetings with prospects and partners.
• Attending networking events and business functions.
• Managing your pipeline and keeping sales activity organized.
• Working closely with operations to ensure great customer experience.
