Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial accounts
• Building strong relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, contractors, and other commercial decision-makers
• Developing strategic referral partnerships throughout the community
• Cold calling and reaching out to prospective customers
• Walking into businesses and introducing yourself and our company
• Scheduling and attending face-to-face meetings with prospects and partners
• Attending networking events, business functions, and community events
• Managing your pipeline and keeping sales activity organized
