Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service, boost commercial sales, and oversee order fulfillment and delivery at our Buffalo location. This role blends customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination with opportunities for growth within the department.

Key duties include assisting commercial customers with product selection, maintaining billing accuracy, managing deliveries, and leading the team when the Commercial Sales Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business via inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
