Job summary

Argano is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer for the Oracle Business Unit to drive top-line growth through bookings, co-sell, and strategic account expansion. You will align commercial strategy with enterprise priorities and manage relationships with Oracle executives and high-value clients.

The role requires deep Oracle ecosystem knowledge, strategic leadership, and a proven ability to close multi-year, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud transformations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology consulting or enterprise software/services sales.
• Verifiable track record of multi-million dollar revenue growth with Oracle.
• Experience building and monetizing co-sell alliances with Oracle sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve Oracle BU revenue and bookings targets.
• Establish pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting across Oracle Cloud apps and related solutions.
• Lead cross-BU opportunities by collaborating with other Argano BUs and Oracle partners.
