• Proven track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue growth, managing large-scale Oracle client portfolios, and building lucrative co-sell alliances with Oracle sales teams.
• Extensive experience recruiting, scaling, and managing high-performing commercial and business development teams within a global matrixed consultancy.
• Proven capability in structuring and closing complex, multi-year Oracle Cloud transformation and managed services agreements.

• Revenue Growth & Bookings: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to hit Oracle BU revenue and bookings targets.
• Co-Sell & Cross-Sell Expansion: Monetize opportunities that blend Oracle capabilities across Argano BUs.
• Alliances & Oracle Publisher Ecosystem: Architect joint demand-generation programs and co-selling initiatives with Oracle.
• Client Success & Retention: Collaborate with Oracle delivery leadership to ensure value realization and recurring revenue.
• Market Positioning & Thought Leadership: Represent Argano at Oracle events and client engagements to reinforce leadership in Oracle transformations.
• Enterprise Alignment: Drive cross-functional collaboration and operate-as-one culture across BUs and ELT to support Oracle BU growth.
