Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple complex commercial glass projects, ensuring successful execution within deadlines and budgets.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, fabrication, and installation) to meet project goals and maintain open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk logs, and submittals, and ensure that all project documentation is well-organized and up to date.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company's high-quality craftsmanship standards and adhere to project specifications.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service, handling client communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
