This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic leader capable of steering commercial glass manufacturing projects to success. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing sector, particularly in commercial glass and construction processes, paired with a robust background in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Lead the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Craft detailed project plans, establish timelines, and set budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
• Client Interaction:
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining open lines of communication about project progress and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and proactive management of expectations.
• Inspire and manage project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Mentor team members, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives.
• Resource Management:
